Sharon is a native of Georgia, born in Paulding County and working in the Kennesaw area. She serves as the Re-Employment Unit Supervisor at the Cobb-Cherokee Career Center, Georgia Department of Labor and is certified as a Career Development Facilitator from Kennesaw State University.
Sharon has been with the Department of Labor at the Cobb-Cherokee Career Center for nine years. She began as a Services Specialist, moved into management five years ago. Sharon is in charge of a group of 8 staff members who offer career counseling and facilitate a range of Job Search Workshops for customers who are seeking employment. This group is committed to saving money in the Unemployment Trust Fund to reduce the State's employer's tax burden.

Greg is currently working as the Director of Business Development in the College of Management at Georgia Tech. He has over 20 years experience in sales, leadership and training & development (including 10 years in the full time ministry) and 12 years experience as a career counselor (both professionally and privately). He has worked for two different staffing agencies in Massachusetts and Georgia, is the co-chair for the Career Connections Group for SHRM Atlanta and has spoken all over the country on various topics relating to leadership, training and career transition skills.
Ellen Sautter has provided career transition support to tens of thousands of clients from all backgrounds and levels. She is a Senior Career Management Consultant with Right Management and has 18 years of experience in the career transition industry. Her background includes years in staffing and executive search, managing marketing for a regional human resource consulting and training company, and a business manager role for a recruiter network. Ellen graduated with a BS in Education from the University of Toledo in Ohio. She is an active networker and has amassed a large network on LinkedIn.

Diane holds a BS degree in Education from Springfield College and completed graduate studies in Instructional Design.
