Once you've heard Jay Litton speak you'll never hear the word wow the same again. As the creator of the wwWoW! Interview, he has personally trained thousands of professional job seekers. Jay derives a tremendous amount of satisfaction from helping others with their careers. He's going to share with us his method of greatly increasing our chances of blowing away any interviewer and landing the positions we want. In 2003, Jay tracked over 100 job seekers that went through his five hour workshop. He learned that 46.5% of the time they won job offers when they delivered a wwWoW! Interview. This is a significant increase over the 8-12% national average reported by a national outplacement firm. Imagine having hiring managers say "WoW! that was impressive" at the end of your interview with them. A job offer usually follows. Jay leverages his 27 years of sales and sales management experiences to dramatically improve the results of those wanting a new job or a promotion. Jay is the Regional Sales Manager in the Southeast for GuardianEdge an enterprise encryption software company to protect computers that have sensitive data on them. You can also find Jay at the RUMC Job Networking Ministry (www.RUMCjobnetworking.com) in Roswell , GA , where he leads a team of over 110 employed volunteer professionals who donate their time to help job seekers. This is one of the largest volunteer groups for job seekers in the Southeast. To help you prepare for his visit you may also wish to check out his personal website at www.littongroup.com that keeps job seekers informed on the wwWoW! Interview.
