JobSeekers is a faith-based employment network founded by a group of professional businessmen and women who volunteer time to help others in career transition.
Since our inception over 30 years ago, our mission is to help leverage a professional transition for personal transformation—believing that God often uses seasons of change to refine, renew, and redirect our lives. As Romans 12:2 reminds us, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
JobSeekers has served thousands seeking employment with a networking format supported by our core values.
“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Matthew 6:33
We translate that into job search terms by saying, “If you’re doing your job search without God in the process, you’re doing it the hard way.”
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together… but encouraging one another.” Hebrews 10:24–25
When we gather and support one another, we remind ourselves we’re not alone, and that together, we grow stronger together.
“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.” 1 Thessalonians 5:11
A kind word or shared story can rekindle someone’s confidence. Every bit of encouragement helps another jobseeker take the next step.
“Let the wise listen and add to their learning, and let the discerning get guidance.” Proverbs 1:5
Every season is a time to learn something new. Growth in wisdom and skill prepares us for the opportunities God has ahead.
